Pre game meal For football

So I have my first football game tomorrow. I play linebacker on defense, left tackle on offense, I'm on punt team, punt return team, field goal team, field goal block team and I'm on kickoff team. So the only time in ever off the field is for about 30 seconds on each kickoff return(and they don't happen that often, but it depends on how many times the opponent scores). The games usually last about 1 and a half hours, and with football, it's short Bursts of going full out sprint/pursue/tackle/block with breaks in between. I need some ideas on what would work best for optimizing my performance and some logic behind why it would work.

Thanks, I've never tried that before but I can see how it will help because our team runs pretty complicated blocking schemes.

Pre-game meditation. You'll make less mistakes. Just for a few minutes before the game, get your game face on and begin slow, deep breathing. Focus on each play and every move you'll make. Visualize everything in advance. You will dominate!
