Hi,

has anyone ever purchase sauerkraut or kim-chi from this website?

http://www.rejuvenative.com/categories/Raw-Organic-Sauerkraut/

I can't make fermented foods myself for a few weeks and would like to buy something online, since I can't find a local source.

Reviews/experiences appreciated.

I've had their raw sauerkraut, which came in the mail soggy, fizzy and warm, so I think it over-fermented. I told them to ice it and insulate it in packaging, but they forgot, I guess.

I also just started eating a jar of their kim chee.

Eh. Taste-wise, they're okay. In terms of probiotic strength, though, I think they're quality.

However, if you want both great taste and probiotic strength, I'd go with these guys: http://www.realpickles.com/products_overview.html

They've never let me down. They have great variety. I recommend the garlic kraut and the pickled beets.
