Simple one. Eat paleo and you'll do fine. Okay, maybe you could mess up if you live off "paleo pancakes" and dark chocolate, but if you're just eating real food you'll do great. It's like stressing over counting calories. For most people eating paleo, they find it just works, so all that eventually goes by the wayside.

Most things I read in the paleo/primal world downplay the role of fiber. I absolutely disagree. I'm sure it varies per person, but my digestive tract feels and works best when I eat 25+ grams of fiber a day.

Hi Erwin,

Yes, dietary fibres are essential for every person to maintain good health. These are mainly present in plant based products and help us in weight management, maintaining blood sugar levels and heart disease. People who don???t consume adequate amounts of fibre in their regular meals can face severe health problems such as diabetes and cancer.

Plants vary in their fiber amount that includes pectin, gum, mucilage, cellulose, hemi cellulose and lignin. Pectin and gum are water-soluble fibres found inside plant cells. We need to choose foods like nuts, beans, fruits, green leafy vegetables, vegan [healthy bars][1] and many more like, that are natural, and have plant-based ingredients.
