Hello, I am working on a documentary series about eating habits that others may consider strange and came across the paleolithic diet. I am not completely clear on what it is, and would greatly appreciate hearing your personal stories to understand it better.
Do you binge on certain foods and completely avoid others? Do you eat certain foods plain or straight that others may not, such as butter? Why do you follow the paleolithic diet?

If you are really interested, I strongly suggest you read the site. There are plenty of good links in the FAQ, and a few threads of people sharing their stories. Once you show some sort of understanding of the diet, you might get a better response to your question.
