Hi,

I live in India and don't have the will to bake my own bread. Does anyone know where I can buy Paleo breads in India ?

Julian bakery does not ship to India.

Thank you,

Vishal

When I first went paleo, I also had this problem, but over time, I just gave up bread.  We really can live without it.  Get your carbs from other sources: white rice, potato, sweet potato, carrots, turnips, etc.

The hard part is not having sandwitches - not that these are anything special, but they provide a convenient way to carry your lunch.  You can solve that by bringing lunch in glass or stainless steel containers such as pyrex.

It's more work, but it can be done.

I agree. After about 2 weeks I almost entirely forgot about bread. Sandwiches can be made in lettuce wraps, and plaintains pureed with eggs can be fried into pancakes that taste and feel very similar to a bread product.
