Log time guys. Hope your well? I was wondering what is everyone favourite or most effective pre workout meal before they train? I usually stick to chicken breast and fruit. But just looking at what everyone else has? Thanks Neal I do 2 sessions a day 1 early morning session, which I always har energy for but the second after lunch I am some times lagging, trying to be as strict Paleo as possible I do t want to result to pre workouts like Jack3D although I use to use it and it's great stuff, I'm trying to be a natural clean, lean, machine.

I would advise against fruit if your goal is fat loss. The fructose inhibits fat burning as it will be used for energy during your workout. Swap them out for chicken breast and some carrot sticks.
