Bone broth! My kids have been quite sick this week with fevers and I've been making lemonade with lemon juice, water and stevia drops. Also nice to have water with the juice of half a grapefruit in it. And loads of tea...honey can help with a sore throat.

Chicken soup! Beef bone broth! A little rice in either one! Lemon in hot water. Lemon in cool water with stevia. Lots and lots of water. Depending on what I am sick with, I add supplements.

have you tried belladonna? it's a homeopathic remedy for fever and is sold at most health food stores.

Bone broth and tea, eggs are always good when I don't feel well.

Whatever you feel for that you eat on your normal paleo day to day.
