So I am not sure if I am eating enough. For example, yesterday for "breakfast" (at 8am) I had a 16oz coffee with 2tbsp of butter and 1tbsp of coconut oil. After I drank that I wasn't hungry again until 2. At this point I made a lunch consisting of half a large plate of veggies (mushrooms, spinach, collards, and bell peppers) sauteed in duck fat along with a 7.5 oz rib eye. After lunch I only was hungry enough for a couple of hard boiled eggs and 1tbsp of butter for dinner (at 630) Should I be eating more or should I just listen to my body and not eat anymore after I'm full Sex:Male Age:20 Exercise: 6 days a week, 3mile runs with 20min of weightlifting. Thanks in advance for the advice!
