Is anyone else worried about the effects of radiation on our food?

I just viewed this video [link text][1] [1]: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtube_gdata_player&v=4ITrXVJMKeQ

and it is pretty scary (if true). Dr Helen Caldicott claims that our food in North America can be contaminated by the radiation from Japan. Is this a bunch of hype, or is it possible or even probable that our food could become contaminated?

Lots of info there, thank you. The problem I have is even if the truth is somewhere in the middle, it sounds like our food could get contaminated, and there is not much we can do about it.

There are some good answers here http://paleohacks.com/questions/32804/what-are-you-doing-to-avoid-radioactive-contamination-in-your-food/32824#32824

Dr Caldicott is a physician and an anti-nuclear advocate - so I would suggest sourcing some more information in order to get a complete picture
