Food for Weight Gain & Muscle Growth!?

Hey guys I was needing to know what foods to eat so I can gain weight and muscle I'm pretty thin i'd appreciate the help

In other words, eat the whole egg and get the fatty goodness too. Not to mention the vitamins, minerals, CLA, etc. that are only in the yolk.

You need more than just increasing protein to add weight. Paul Jaminet makes a case that fat is more important. Muscle is mostly fat by weight and only a little protein.

Egg white protein in liquid form absorbs faster and it doesn't need to be refridgerated, so you can just leave it in the car. Hard boiled eggs are an option too.

Plenty of other threads here on this. But it comes down to eating more, especially fat and protein. Bodybuilders and athletes have always feasted on steak and eggs. If you are having trouble eating enough, liquid calories makes it easier. But it is hard work. Stories abound of people having a hard time making themselves eat enough.

If you are looking to put on weight I recommend using egg white protein to increase your protein intake. It doesn't mix in to water well so it is best to use a blender to make a fruit or even better a vegetable smoothie and mix in the egg white protein.
