What is your favorite Paleo recipe?

I love Richard Nikoley's Massaman Thai Beef Curry with the cauliflower and almond meal. Amazing.

Broiled fish and steamed broccoli. We like to keep it simple.

Broil the fish with salt, pepper and garlic salt for 7 minutes each side. Start the broccoli steaming halfway through the broil. 15 minutes later, dinner!
