Do you have ideas for a food plan?

I want to thank people in advance if you can help me as I know I am a pain in the butt.

I have to tell you something funny first, I am a fairly recently diagnosed celiac. I have been extremely sick and as a result became very scared of food. One food I felt secure with and love was pumpkin. I have eaten so much of it I have turned yellow, people at school where I teach have freaked out as I look really sick. My tongue has swollen too and has cracks, not sure if its related but its made me realize I need a more balanced paelo diet plan.

First I don't like meat, makes me gag and I am allergic to eggs, warned you I was a pain.

I really enjoy smoothies for breakfast. Does any one have a good green smoothie.

What I want help with is a sample day. I am 5 foot 2 , need to lose about 4 kilo but more importantly feel healthy. Oh I also can't eat nuts. I like 3 moderate meals, I don't snack.
Also is Greek yoghurt paelo? I do love fish and seafood which I can get in abundance living in Thailand. I wouldn't trust the meat and chicken here anyway. Thank you and feel so grateful to have this site.

Just for the record: fish and seafood are considered meat. Meat is simply defined as animal flesh. This is why v*gans get made at pescetarians for calling themselves v*gan. Regardless, seafood is a fantastic source of protein and fat from meat! :-)

You're definitely on track! You don't HAVE TO eat "meat" in order to be Paleo. Eating just seafood is fine! You might want to eat a bit more fat at lunch and at your later meal though!
