Your tag line to download the information led me to believe that I would actually learn/read the list of foods never to eat and those that were the top five for losing weight. Although there was quite a bit of useful information neither of those lists were included in my download.

Not a great list, for sure. I eat butternut squash and sweet potato fairly regularly.

I"m not sure if that's the best list. Includes "fatty meats" and "starchy vegetables" in the forbidden list. For many Paleos that's a big part of our diets!

I'm not sure you should even want an explicit list.

Learning the basics of metabolism and human health is much more useful, as it scales to any future food and covers ambiguities that a list can not handle.

I've always walked backwards carefully from people holding 20-page binders of which foods are "in" or "out" of the food club.

Here is a quite comprehensive list of allowed and forbidden foods on the paleo diet:

But ultimately, you should trust your own gut. Many people do just fine eating some of these forbidden items, it depends on your own metabolism (and I wouldn't survive without yummy cheese).
