+1. i spent some time a while back looking for the best Vit E source & nothing i could find came close to Red Palm (Fruit) Oil. Its an acquired taste though.....one i'm still working on acquiring

Red Palm Oil is one of the highest known sources of natural vitamin E. It it rich in tocotrienols too, much more than the other oils. There are many sources to back this up, but here's a good explanation taken from Tropical Traditions website.

Just make sure you get it from a good source, as explained in this excellent link from Jungle Products.

Spinach.

Most vit E rich foods, besides Avocados, Spinach, and Artichokes, seem to be beans and grains. Nuts/Seeds are pretty high, with Sunflowers having a very high amount and almonds as well.

Avocado and Vitamin E seem to be fairly high food sources.
