BEEF CONSTIPATION!!?

When i eat more than 4 ounces of beef a day (assuming organic grassfed) i get hard lumpy stools that are hard to pass the next morning? What's up? Too much fat without sufficient fiber? Should i eat more leafy veggies(fiber) with my beef? When i eat other animal proteins such as fish and seafood, eggs and chicken, this doesnt happen.

I eat Bubbies Kraut with nearly every meal since my last Unfi co-op order. That along with Floragen and maybe some homemade chicken stock will clean out the pipes and get the gut back on track. Some raw veggies at meals and fruit for a snack is also helpful.

Eat some Bubbie's sauerkraut or kimchi for probiotics.

Drink more water. If you've only recently switched your diet over, the species of bacteria in your gut are probably shifting population and it may take a bit of time to catch up. Lot of leafy greens and other veg are a good idea too.

Truth on the mag citrate. It's a game changer, if colon voiding was a game. It is not.

Add Broccoli, Sauerkraut, Cauliflower, Celery, Sweet potatoes and Almonds to your diet. And don't forget to stay hydrated

One of my staple meals is a pound of grass-fed beef with a diced sweet potato, and some cajun seasonings. Can't say I have ever experienced a problem.

either not enough fat or minimum fiber.

for every 4 ounces of meat you need at least 1 oz of fat.

unless you can see the fat on the meat, most meat is kinda lean.
