My children have food allergies to peanuts, nuts, avocado, chick peas, sesame seeds as well as extensive food interlerances including milk, many raw fruits and veggies, oats, potatoes (the list goes on & on) making cooking a challenge. I have found the Paleo diets works best and I love your recipes. Many of the recipes call for Almond flour. Do you know what I can use as a subsitiute for Almond flour?

Coconut flour? Very dry though, needs a lot of liquid.
I often make Breton buckwheat flour pancakes. I use them as wraps for my lunch at work. I made a huge batch tonight (they freeze well) and am having one with a big rainbow salad right now! Bonus is that I can use my crepe maker to fry eggs, bacon... less crockery to wash!

Peanuts, Oats, chickpeas aren't paleo as they are legumes and grains, anyway, so you don't have to worry about those. Look into cassava/tapioca flour - don't just substitute it for Almond flour, find recipes designed to use cassava instead.
