Did Dr. Harris say this? If so, where?

Hi,

I apologize for this #lazyweb question, but I can't find what I'm looking for and now I'm not sure it exists.

Did Dr. Kurt Harris recently call 'food reward' or 'hyper-palatable food' a neolithic agent of disease'? If so, can you post a link to it?

Thanks.

I'd like to know why as well. All of the sudden food reward is THE ANSWER? The dominant factor in obesity? I'm still completely confused on this one.
