organic means, derived from bodily organs. All bones are organic.

Thank. I only eat grass fed beef but was just wondering. I will stick to organic. Only for my broyh

They don't HAVE to be, but they are more nutrient dense and often gel better.

No. However if you believe in Grass Fed beef being better then GF cow bones would be a better option for bone broth. Organic can be GF or Not.
