How do I know if I need to follow FODMAPS?

I have had some suggest it to me, but I'm unsure if it's necessary? So, what are the indicators to let me know that I should try it out?

I tried everything else it seemed, and that did the trick for me. I did 2 days of bone broth and meat only and my belly was completely flat. I just introduced low fodmaps veggies gently, and worked up the list to the fodmaps ones and tried them by category to see which I had problems with.

Dealing with = Concerned about ... though it doesn't sound like you are.

I went from looking 6 months pregnant to having a flat belly in 24 hours of strict fodmaps avoidance. You will definitely know!

IF you have digestive issues, you should consider fructose malabsorption or FODMAP intolerance, but keep in mind that most people that react to FODMAPs actually have SIBO.
