for the past two months i have being experience a lot of redness on the forehead and cheeks whenever it gets a bit hot or an increase in temperature, also when i stress my face would flare up with red flushing. it isnt really a raised/bumpy looking reaction, its just a surface flushing reaction that disappears after it gets cooler or when i stop stressing? what could this be??
i have eliminated nightshades and dont really eat eggs.

Not a Doctor here, but the only things I know of that can cause that are hot flashes, shellfish allergies or niacin supplements. Hot flashes are a hormonal issue if you are a menopausal woman or peri-menopausal woman. Niacin is a supplement, and if you take it on an empty stomach it can turn you bright red, with flushing and tingling all over. I once accidentally took niacin just before my acting class, when I was onstage for my scene, my whole class was alarmed to see me turn bright red. It was also pretty uncomfortable, tingly and sweaty for me too at the time! If you have been eating shellfish, experiment and see if it's causing this reaction.
