So the other day I finally picked up some niacin, because I wanted to get the flush (not for passing a drug test). I took special care to find a brand that was NOT no-flush, and even got an employee to help me find the best one. Since I've never taken it before, I started low on the recommended 250mg. I didn't get a flush, so the next day I tried 500. Still nothing. Then I tried 1000mg only to achieve the same result. Yesterday I took 2000mg and even then got no flush whatsoever. Is this a problem with the brand, or my dosage? P.s. it's the vitamin shoppe kind.
