Site like Paleohacks but for Bodybuilding

I have found sites like Palehacks for computer problems, and for cooking. But can't seem to find one that's dedicated to questions on bodybuilding.

Anyone know of any? Please share.

Yeah, those are "stackoverflow" type sites, the original site that wrote the stack exchange q/a site code.

No, I'm after sites that function exactly like paleohacks, but the topic is about bodybuilding or fitness.

No, sites about bodybuilding that look like this http://superuser.com/ or paleohacks.

Yes, this is the sort of site I was asking for. Not forums.

http://fitness.stackexchange.com/ -- a bit broader than bodybuilding, but lots of body builders on there.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/

... and no, I didn't just type that in to see if it would work. ;-) I've used the site. The tracking is great if you are actually bodybuilding, and the forums are decent - I would say good overall, but a little bad because of broscience.

They also have tons of articles and such. It's definitely worth checking out.

There are no stackoverflow style Q/A sites for bodybuilding (that I know of). Just regular forum types.

Crossfit has a great forum. You can find it here. You will need to register to get full access.

If I understand your question correctly, you are looking for a place to help you learn more about certain exercises and how to improve your strength.

Crossfit is not exactly "bodybuilding," but you may find what you need there.
