Losing weight

Over the past several months of going paleo and going to the gym lifting weight, sit ups and burpees. I've lost about 10 kg going from 69 to 59. I did have a pot belly and still do. I'll eat taro and sweet potatoes for starch especially before going to gym. I mainly eat lots of vegetables, occasional fruits and smaller amounts of meat, fish and nuts. Does this sound good or bad?

That's really good diet to follow. Even i am also going to follow this diet as i really need to put down some weight.
