Over the past several months of going paleo and going to the gym lifting weight, sit ups and burpees. I've lost about 10 kg going from 69 to 59. I did have a pot belly and still do. I'll eat taro and sweet potatoes for starch especially before going to gym. I mainly eat lots of vegetables, occasional fruits and smaller amounts of meat, fish and nuts. Does this sound good or bad?
