As a kid I often dreamt of having the athletic abilities of say Michael Jordan or Joe Montana (despite their now contraversial connection to Wheaties.) A few monthes ago I asked if you could emulate anyones looks who would it be but now I ask:

If you could emulate anyone's athletic ability who would it be?

What a lovely answer. I often feel both thrilled AND uneasy when I achieve that "ripped abs" look - this is the same way I feel when I am given a piece of jewelry. It's exciting to look at and flaunt, but I have to vigilant and watch over them carefully. I like being strong and have some muscle tone, but being ripped is just very hard for me as a woman to maintain without a lot of stressing.

I have absolutely no desire to be athletic, healthy yes but not athletic, not even thin for that matter. I do not want a six back or ripped muscle tone or long lean limbs. I just am not that kind of woman. I want to be healthy and fit (not the extreme sense of the word) but still soft, womanly with sensuous curves.

My idea body would be non athletic but more like Christina Hendricks or a healthier more recent Crystal Renn.

So the ability for me would be, to be able to be, as strong and well grounded as the woman who runs this organic farm: Moie Crawford of New morning farm

She works her buns off and still has time to be an awesome mom. And to me that is athletic perfection ;)

Not too big, just lean and strong and able.
