Ok, tonight for dinner I made the following...
Fried fish filets, topped with a concoction of avacado, Old Bay Seasoning, and Cayanne Pepper.
Fresh salad with a cucumber from our garden in the backyard. I lightly sprinkled the salad with a tiny bit of salt and pepper to give it a little more pop than a naked salad has.
Caution...do not overdo the salt and pepper on the salad!
My wife was so impressed and loved it. I was just darned thrilled it turned out so well. If I had a Paleo-restaruant I would totally serve it!
