Anyone know what exactly is defined as "organic" salmon? I'd imagine its not wild salmon or it would say that, but surely its better than regular farmed salmon, but I just don't know how. Anyone know about Costcos organic salmon?

All wild-caught fish are organic. Farmed salmon might or might not be "organic". Either way, it doesn't matter much, an "organic" salmon label is simply a marketing move to make you pay more for the same thing. All salmon is good, just buy what you can afford and eat it. Better to eat "non-organic" salmon than "super-organic-gluten-free-all-natural" brownies, so don't lose perspective and get caught up in the details. Eat your salmon, eat your veggies and enjoy life.
