Does anyone have any good recipes for Paleo fiber bars or suggestions regarding pre-made store-bought fiber bars? I will be going abroad shortly to volunteer for three weeks, and people who have done similar trips have recommended stocking up on fiber bars for the journey because the diet at the organization I will be housed at is very lacking in the fiber department. It will be hard for me to get fiber from other sources such as vegetables because I cannot pack them easily, and will not have access to a grocery store during my time there. I know that the traditional fiber bars aren't Paleo so I figured I'd ask the experts for suggestions! Thanks!

Honestly, I would recommend picking up a box or two of "Quest Bars" as well as a simple fiber supplement. Psyllium husk or something like that.
A powdered greens drink might be useful as well. Though they're not high in fiber, typically (they do off some), they can at least maybe act as a bit of an insurance policy for what you're lacking in fruit/veg consumption while there.
Depends on where you're going abroad but I've never had difficulty find high quality food in Europe or South Africa. Good luck though.
