PS joanna, I wasn't suggesting your answer wasn't well thought through. It's just hard to help anyone when they won't help themselves by providing more deets :)

You plan on elaborating a bit further on that?

High Vitamin Butter oil is not easy to find, even over the border. The quality of the oil depends on the quality of the cows. Make sure to get butter oil from grass-fed cows or the vitamin content will be greatly lacking. Also, do not accept ghee in place of high vitamin butter oil. It is not the same thing - ghee is not a superfood. You would have to eat 8 tablespoons of ghee to get a similar amount of Vitamin K in just 1/2 teaspoon of Green Pasture High Vitamin Butter Oil.  Peaceful Planet, peaceful-planet.com, is a good source of Green Pasture Fermented Cod Liver Oil, High Vitamin Butter Oil or the Blend of both, in capsules, liquid or gel forms. We have many customers in Canada and have not heard anyone complain about duty cotst, as we label everything to keep customs costs low or non-existent. The cost for one bottle of Blend Gel is $48.99 and shipping for one bottle to Canada is $9.

Hey! What happened to my narrative? It didn't post properly! To repeat, I have been taking FCLO for a year. Living in Vancouver BC I find sourcing this stuff too difficult. Forget Amazon Canada. After I get to the payment part I'm paying almost double! And I don't trust the site as it reads 2 - 3 days for delivery. Then when I get to payment it's 2 - 3 weeks! And forget a US supplier as the duty makes the cost even more!

The place I usually buy from has limited supply and unreliable stock. I don't want to buy more than one bottle at a time as it won't be as fresh. The only place that, finally, has FCLO is my local WholeFoods at $75 and only in orange flavour. It doesn't matter what the flavour but without butter oil, which they can't bring in, it's not worth my money.

I do feel my health, especially my teeth, has benefitted.

Will eating sardines be the same? How much do I need to eat? I'm not a fan of oily fish (nor FCLO.)

My last resort may be to find a source of butter oil by crossing the border. If I refrigerate or freeze the butter oil will that compromise the nutritive quality? I can buy FCLO from WF to supplement this.

Or can I eat grass-fed butter with FCLO?

Because of sourcing irregularities should I stop taking FCLO?

Thanks for your answers.

Yes, eat healthy fats, as per your Rob Wolff literature, eat oily fish; But, take care avoid any farmed fish. Too many chemicals to keep sea lice at bay & what are they feeding them Yuck.

You won't get a well thought through, detailed answer that benefits you in any way unless you put the time into thinking about your question and providing the details necessary for others to give you one.

IE: You'll get back what you put out. If you provide more detail, we can definitely help you with some advice! :)
