Strange feeling in body

Every once in a while, especially after a good healthy meal (doesn't seem to be any pattern of specific foods), I get a strange feeling of wanting to be very physical, like I want to go in the weightroom for an hour. It's not a mental feeling, but a feeling in my body (even flexing different muscles in my body almost seem to relieve this feeling or "tension"). I could also compare it to a feeling of wanting to really stretch.

This also makes me want to move my jaw from side to side, which feels good on my gums (like I'm on crack or something).

Very strange question I know and I'm having a hard time explaining it, but it's a real physical feeling, not a mental feeling or feeling of anxiety. Wondering if anyone has ever felt this or has an idea of what it could mean?

I get this feeling ,including restless legs, if I have too many carbs and caffeine.

Actually don't consume coconut oil, if I do it's rare. It is almost like an "energy" though. Not a need for aerobic activity, more anaerobic.

I got that when I dropped wheat. I first really made of note of it at work, during lunch I had a big piece of salmon with grilled onions and bowl of broccoli with a group of people who had sandwiches. After lunch they started talking about "food coma" and wanting to get back to their desks so they could put their heads down for a minute, and I as I finished the meal I realized I was fighting the urge to run outside and do cartwheels.

I guess when I was little and my mom would feed me liver every once in a while I would zoom around the house like a maniac for a while too.

I know you said no pattern of specific foods, but do you use coconut oil to do your cooking? Some people have said they can "feel" the energy from the MCTs in it.

It could also be related to the thermic effect of food as your body metabolizes the meal.
