I'd suggest you avoid sunflower butter and think twice before eating almond butter too...

It depends on the day. Lately lots of chantarelles, so a lot of sautees with smoked beef and roast duck bits, in cream/lemon/shallot/white wine sauce.

Duck breast with black pepper/tea/pulverized rice on the skin side, cooked crisp.

A fresh oyster fried with a strip of bacon.

Salumi dry sausage slices with a slice of cheese and some roasted hazelnuts.

Roast delicata squash. Scrambled or fried eggs.

Vegetables in lard and/or duck fat.

Roast chicken with crispy skin.

Sausage. Pretty much any kind of sausage.

Beef short ribs and crispy skin pork butt. I could bath in those foods. For sweets, i love coconut butter stuffed into medjool dates and bake until oozing and gooey.

I share your love of Almond butter, but I don't think it is all that Paleo in quantities I'd want to eat it. I must watch myself so I carefully portion it out.

I really enjoy a GF NY strip steak or a locally produced pork loin roasted with Cascabel chilies freshly ground and sprinkled on the loin. The pork provides B1 and some other nutrients that the beef doesn't.

Salmon and bacon are also winners. Especially thick cut Beelers bacon or similar, not the thin sliced supermarket brands.
