I am a believer like many in the Paleo community of healthy fats. I am trying to figure out just how much saturated fat I need in my diet. My fats come from: olive oil, grass fed animal fats and butter, cocunut oil, salmon, and avacados. I just downloaded the My Fitness Pal app and am trying to set my goal diet on there. Any suggestions?
