Ok so this is all conceptual, but i have noticed a trend.
When i have a carby meal by itself i feel fine, but when i have carbs and fat together, like fish, oil, butter i have a gigantic rash and feel terrible? Maybe its a coicidence but ive noticed this when eating tuna with a baked potato but when i had the same meal and swithced for beans i had no problems!
