If I workout in the mornings around 8am, can I have a protein shake post workout with no carbs.. Eat fats and protein for lunch, then throw in carbs with my dinner? My other question is if Im eating my carbs for dinner do I lower my fat intake for that meal as well?
Example: If Im eating chicken with sweet potatoe, could I have 2 tbsp of coconut oil as well, or drop the coconut oil??
