I couldn't find this googling it but I'm pretty lean I would guess 17% body fat (I'm 5'7" 94lbs visible veins). I find it harder to do IF (16/8) than before(I've been doing it for about 3yrs). Some days I can but most of the time I would experience ravenous hunger or cravings that cause me to eat excessively or I would get really dizzy brain fog and no energy. The f minority of the time that I am able to fast i won't be able to go longer than 13hrs before getting those symptoms. But couple years ago when I had little bit more body fat but still very lean but more muscular I would do 16/8 practically every day and sometimes go up to 20 hrs. I'm wondering if my body fat percentage affects my ability to IF especially since I'm female (31 years old)?
