Why isn't Paleo working anymore?

well considering paleo was the only thing that has worked for symptoms, why isn't it working anymore?

I don't wanna sound holier than thou but c'mon man, this question is pretty silly. How could someone think anyone on these very helpful boards could even try to offer good advice with no information?

What has it worked for, and what's it not working for anymore?

Yeah, we're gonna need a lot more info here. What were your symptoms? What did you do when they went away? what has changed since they returned? What does your normal diet look like? What tests (if any) have you had to measure resistance, allergies, etc? What kind/how strict of a paleo are you?

I'm going to take a stab at this since you tagged it "fatigue" that is the issue you are having.

It's quite possible that Paleo helped your fatigue issues, it's also possible that it was a bit of a placebo effect because you believed it would help your fatigue symptoms. Now that you've gotten a bit used to it, the newness is worn off and your aren't believing in it as much anymore.

There could be many things that affect your fatigue. It could be when/how you eat, what you eat, how much caffeine you take in, if you are taking a supplement (like natural calm), it could be the quality of your sleep.

Have you been eating exactly the same your entire time on Paleo? Have there been any variables? Mostly everyone here really does like to help, so if you can give us an idea of the food you eat and when you are eating and how much sleep you are getting and how you sleep (mask, dark room, etc) then we can probably help.
