Josh Rubin's Fight Fatigue Program

Hi Everyone,

I have been suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome for the past 3-4 years and am still looking for an answer. Josh Rubin from East West Healing is offering a program that includes teleseminars and other information which seems to incorporate a dietary approach that helps to produce energy. Here is the link below:

Please let me know if you are interested by messaging me. I believe the total cost is $197, so we can split it 50/50. He encourages people to split the cost, so I think it would be a great opportunity to learn and gain knowledge about food.

Thanks!

Mike

He can turn water into whine, he has the power to see into the past and turn pasta back into noodles. Whoop. Don't spam here.

@paleoforce, I'm curious did you take this class? They're doing another one at the end of this month and I'm seriously considering it. Of course it is now $297, but paleo has not worked for me, and I wonder if his approach is worth a shot. Would love to hear your experience!

I've listened to his podcasts and watched his videos for quite some time now. While his diet recommendations seem to have changed quite a bit over the years his body and mind didn't change at all. He's still fat and angry. I'd rather spend my money on good books & food and not give it to another fear-mongering "health-expert".

This stinks of ad-like spam. Send me $50 and I'll give you the keys to long life with good health.

I doubt he knows something that everyone else doesn't...the information is out there, just go look for it. Unless ofcourse you don't mind the cost.

Usually I see amount of calories, thyroid and macros referenced for energy improvement. Assuming ofcourse you are already eating a decent diet.

I just read about him yesterday--I'm curious what he knows about eating that's worth paying so much. I figured I could learn most of it here, but I'd love to know if it's different. I hope you find someone to share the cost! Good idea...
