Extreme fatigue preceding bowel movement -- diagnosis?

Does anyone have a likely diagnosis for extreme fatigue preceding a bowel movement?

For example, a person suddenly becoming exhausted and so sleepy that if a radio is playing within arms reach the person would rather sleep than turn it off. (If they are in a cafe or grocery store the idea of sleeping on the floor seems so satisfying it nearly outwieghs the the social embarrassment of being gawked at. Extreme fatigue!) Person may sleep for 1-2 hours and then feel fine or rested. This will be followed consistently by a bowel movement within the next 30 minutes or so. It therefor seems the two are linked.

Ideas?
