When did our species develop a Gallbladder?

Is it possible to know? If I'm correct and chimps don't have one then this should impact my macro ratio, no? Is the gallbladders only job to store bile for digesting fat or is it also to help with carbohydrate/starch digestion in some way? Thanks.

Why do you believe that chimpanzees do not have gall bladders? This abstract indicates that they do. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12398311
