So trying to get back on the good ol' bandwagon, I noticed something today. I think some sugar cravings may actually be fat cravings. With so many "low fat" foods out there, I'm wondering if you typical foodstuffs (aside from eggs and my greek yogurt) just don't have enough fat. Has anyone experienced this? Does it mean my ratios are off?

Everything is as it should be. Your brain needs it, your body needs it. Embrace the fat.

I used to exclusively eat egg substitutes and nonfat greek yogurt and all I ever craved was sugary sweets. Now that I've made the switch to real (effing delicious) eggs and lowfat greek yogurt, I'm starting to crave fats. I think you may not be eating enough fat.
