Spoonful of Coconut or MCT Oil for Daily Vitamins during Fast?

I am enjoying fasting for maybe 20 hours followed by a 4 hour "Feeding period" (also known as the Warrior Diet). The only problem is that I used to take some of my vitamins multiple times per day so the nutrients can all be absorbed...with only 1 meal, this is tough because they are supposed to be taken with meals.

MY QUESTION: If I maybe had a tbspn of Coconut or MCT Oil during my fast, would that be beneficial to take my vitamins? Also, would MCT or Coconut Oil have any benefit over the other (fast and nutrient-absorption wise)?

I KNOW THIS IS TECHNICALLY BREAKING MY FAST BUT I'M FINE WITH THAT.

It seems like the meals are important because vitamins are "fat soluble"...so does this mean I just need some fat to help absorb the nutrients? Thanks!

I believe it's better to space some out (Potassium, Fish Oil, Vit C). I don't want to defend this at all, it's just how I prefer to take them. I am asking if taking fat with vitamins would be the same affect as "taking with a meal"

Why are you taking vitamins multiple times per day to start with?

Just to offer some thoughts on a portion of your question:

would MCT or Coconut Oil have any benefit over the other (fast and nutrient-absorption wise)?

MCT oil is more ketogenic, since coconut oil is 58% MCTs, 42% long-chain fats. So, it takes less MCT oil for ketosis. Could possibly have some carbs using MCT oil and maintain ketosis and the "meal" for vitamins would then be carb/fat instead of only fat.

MCT Oil alone might make you gag. Have you considered salted butter? It's easier to swallow.
