Saturated fat vs inflammation

Considering most chronic diseases stem from chronic inflammation I've restricted my diet of saturated fat and refined sugar to heal my digestive tract. The results occur quickly. I would propose everyone try it for a week to see how they feel.

Hogwash. "The team first found that mice with a genetic predisposition to get a colitis-like condition were more likely to get the disease when they were fed on a diet that contained concentrated milk fats." Presumably pasteurized and non-organic. Also I am certain that rats do not have lactose persistence (assuming they gave them milk and not butter).
