satiation with fat on off days from weight liffting

im mostly a sugar burner (sweet potato, carrots, fruits and rice) because im trying to put on some muscle mass. but on the days where i dont work out, i dont feel as satiated with high fat meals because they dont occupy as near as much volume as a carb meal would

any tips on how to feel more satiated... eat slower maybe?

Eat high volumes of low calorie foods. Leafy greens like spinach and kale, salads (with a moderate amount of dressing), celery, summer squash. All of these foods are 90%+ water so they will help fill you up without busting your caloric budget.
