Raise HDL and lower Triglycerides

I have been following a paleo diet for the past 5 years. My latest blood test has me at HDL=50 and triglcerides= 90. I think these are decent levels. Since I started Paleo, these levels have been roughly the same except for one year's test about 4 years ago, when my HDL was at 57 and triglicerides at 78. I woudl like to raise HDL and lower trigs even more. Can folks give some tips, stuff i may not be doing or eating.    thanks

Walk a lot and see what happens to your panel in addition to the diet. Shoot for 5-10 miles a day. My HDL was raised from mid 30's to 70's doing this along with some carb reduction.
