Usually for breakfast in the morning I will eat: 1 sweet potato, 2-3 chicken legs, and boiled broccoli, with carrots. This meal tends to keep me full throughout the day until lunch time. Sometimes in the mornings, I do not have time to eat a meal like this. When days like these happen I usually just drink a glass of grass-fed milk, and go on my day, feeling hungry in the afternoon. For those quick days, I would like to make a smoothie that will be just as filling as my usually meal without all the preparation. I tried to make smoothies before, but usually they're not filling enough. I would like some smoothie recipes from my fellow PaleoHackers that can satisfy me for a long day. Also, Happy New Years to all!
