Question on carbs (a study)

Doesn't this study seem to indicate that a higher, if not absolutely high, carb diet actually causes your blood lipids to be better?

Really this question is ok but asking if what level of saturation is in human fat is not?

Not as far as I can tell. It's not what they were studying. You might want to read the study again.
