Ive been Doing a higher carb paleo this past month and have felt great. Approx 200g carbs , 200 protein and 70 fat per day. All three of my meals consist of 8-12oz meat a large sweet potato and salad. That being said is it alright if I'm not adding fats in the form of avocado, ghee, nuts or oils? I seems as if everyone doing paleo consumes a ton of fats so I wanted to know if what I'm doing isn't healthy and if it's alright if all of my data come from meat/fish
For refernece I'm a crossfit games regional level competitor with 5-6% bf and do a lot of training volume at a high intensity.

I try to eat all my fats from eggs, fish and coconut oil.
I don't do well with nuts and seeds around (binge trigger) and I don't like using oils other than coconut (e.g. olive oil).
What's your reasoning for it though, out of curiosity? Mine is mostly a preference, how I feel after I eat a meal and such. I always feel sluggish after meat from things like beef, lamb and pork.

I've seen a lot of folks on here tell the serious athletes to get more carbs into their diet. It sounds like you've instinctively done that for yourself, and the carbs you're getting are definitely from healthful sources. It also looks like you're coming in under the U.S. FDA recommendations for carbs, so you're probably not overdoing those.
The protein count looks high to me, but I'm not sure. I'm thinking that as long as you're getting the fatty cuts of meat, and you're feeling great, you're probably okay. (If you cut back on your physical activity, though, it may be time to cut the sweet potato and start cooking with more lard or something!)
