What fats do you like to combine fruit with? I typically use Coconut Kefir, flakes, or chocolate.

That makes a lot of sense to me. After all, some of my "salad vegetabbles" are really fruits anyhow. I'll have to give this a try.

Hi, balor! Sorry I can't help with this one but for me heavy cream or home-made yogurt work best. Very moderate blood glucose response and I like the blend of flavors.

Olive oil. I eat a lot of fruit in salad, so it would get covered with my homemade salad dressing.

Cheese. Apple or pair with cheese rocks my world.

Coconut cream scooped right on, a few fresh gratings of nutmeg/cardamom/ginger. For breakfast lately I've been cooking berries in butter and sprinkling with a few toasted nuts- could alternatively use coconut oil (but the butter is so butterlicious...though that means dairylicious too).

I can't do nuts anymore, but depending on the fruit, I bet you could combine it with some crushed almonds or walnuts.

Or what about coconut milk, avocado and some fruit in a smoothie?
