Looks like a meal day you would have in prison. If this is a typical day for you, you're not eating enough.

I always knew Paleo was considered an elimination diet, but I never knew that included punctuation ;)

In all seriousness, you identified increasing your strength as one of your goals. From what I can see from your meal plan, it doesn't seem to me like you're eating enough of the right food to build strength (or tighten up excess skin). Too much calorie restriction going on here. How does your body handle high quality meat? I don't see any meat listed in your proposed meal plan and I didn't read (or couldn't find) anything about you being a paleolithic-vegetarian (huh?). Based on your goals, I would cut out the fruit entirely, reduce the nuts, cycle in different types of wild caught fish (sardines, salmon etc.) and increase your intake of high quality meat like grass-fed beef, lamb, bison etc. Obviously, this is just a starting point.

If you want to speed up the process, cut back or eliminate the fruit and nuts.

Refine and get your blood type & genotype. Exercise accordingly. Consider intermittent fasting.

I don't know how long it will take you to lose the weight.

Unless you need to "make weight" for a sport like boxing, don't worry about weight per se. If you are lifting, you may well lose fat while gaining weight.
