i am currently on on 2300 calories on training days, and my carbs are fairly high to optimise wieght lifting performence, what is the lowest amount of fat(grams per pound of bodyweight) to not have a negative affect on hormones. i currently consume o.38 grams/pound of bodyweight. is that too low
ps keep in mind im on a high carb diet on want to keep it that way
