So I've been paleo for 7+ months now and loving it in the sense that I've lost weight, no longer bloated and digesting food properly. But I want to lean up, so lowering my carb intake and hitting up HIT training... As I've been injured I've only just started HIT training... But I'm finding I'm getting tired and groggy mid arvo. I am not getting the most out of my workouts, and I more often than not, always feel terrible on Tuesdays - head aches, body aches, emotional... It's a cycle.. Anyone else been through something similar?

this is pretty simple actually. you need some glycogen to do glycolytic work. eat some carbs, and this will take care of itself.
